Mission/Purpose and Philosophy

Our Agency has defined its intent to provide high quality services which address consumer needs as an organizational priority. Services and service delivery shall be implemented with this intent clearly addressed and re-evaluated for ongoing improved effectiveness.

Mission and Philosophy statements shall be reviewed as part of the Annual Agency Evaluation and as needed.

The governing body will review the Mission Statement at Comfort of Care Home Care LLC Annual review and shall reapprove the mission and philosophy statements at least every 36 months (3 years).

Our Agency meets this standard by publishing its mission and philosophy statements in marketing materials, in our employee handbook and posted in our Office.

The Mission of our Agency is to provide comprehensive, high quality non-medical home care services to our clients by creating strong partnerships with them, their families, case managers, discharge planners and physicians. We believe in creating a team of quality, well-trained professionals whose goal is the exceptional care and support of our clients.

Our Agency has made a corporate commitment to manage itself, its business practices, the non-clinical provision of care, services, and products to its clients in such a manner as to establish an excellent reputation in the business community, its referral sources and with clients and employees.

  1. Our Agency shall consistently operate within the financial policies outlined in our policy development phase. We shall not deter from best practices in the ethical or financial management of the Agency.
  2. Our Agency shall consistently abide by its mission statement in the delivery of care, services, and products to our patients.
  3. Our Agency shall honor and abide by the Code of Ethics/Corporate Compliance in all business matters.
  4. Our Agency shall work diligently to earn the trust and confidence of our referral sources.
  5. Our Agency shall resolve any and all complaints and/or concerns brought to us by either our patients or our employees.
  6. Our Agency shall work tirelessly to become known as an “employer of choice” in our community.
